These terms govern the use of Clipper Studio at clipper-studio.com. Please also read the Privacy Policy before using the service.

The service and your account

Clipper helps with clip creation, transcription, caption editing, and publishing preparation. Access uses a Google account. The service is intended for users over 18 years old for professional or business creation activities. You must protect access to your account and provide accurate information.

Your content and authorizations

Upload or use only content you own or are authorized to process, edit, and publish, including image, voice, music, and trademarks. A video being publicly available does not mean it can be reused. You keep your rights over the material and authorize Clipper and required providers to process it to perform the requested functions.

Do not use the service to violate third-party rights, distribute unlawful content, defraud people, access accounts that are not yours, or bypass access controls and limits. Follow the rules of the source and destination platforms for the content.

Automated selection and review

Transcripts, cuts, titles, and suggestions are generated automatically and may contain errors or lose context. Review the material before publishing. We do not guarantee an exact number of clips, full accuracy, audience results, monetization, or approval by external platforms; results depend on the video, directions, and technical limits shown.

Plans, limits, and payments

Applicable prices, currency, features, and limits are shown in the app and during checkout. The free plan may include a watermark. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the conditions shown at checkout and may be cancelled in the subscription area, with the effect shown there.

Usage-window limits are separate from purchased extra credits. Credits are internal consumption units, not money, investment, or transferable balance. Availability of extras depends on the plan and displayed conditions. Price or condition changes for future periods will be communicated before they apply.

When available, purchase history allows users to request from Stripe a refund of unused extra credits, subject to balance validation and purchase status. Completion depends on payment processing. This tool does not limit cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights guaranteed by applicable law, including regarding subscriptions.

Publishing to YouTube

Clipper uses YouTube API Services. By using these features, you also agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. Connecting a channel is optional. Publishing depends on your action and granted authorization, as well as YouTube rules and quotas.

You are responsible for reviewing the clip, title, description, and visibility before upload. Final availability and visibility also depend on YouTube restrictions. You can disconnect the channel in the app and revoke authorization in your Google account settings. This does not remove videos already published.

Availability and misuse

The service may experience interruptions, maintenance, and processing failures, including due to external providers. Keep a copy of your original files. We may restrict activities that compromise security or violate these terms, with notice when appropriate. No provision excludes responsibilities or rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Contact and changes

Controller details and contact channel: pending confirmation before these terms are published as final.

Updates will be published on this page with the corresponding date. Relevant changes will be communicated before they apply. These terms are interpreted under Brazilian law, preserving mandatory rules and applicable consumer rights.
